These high quality stainless steel quick pin cleats are very unique in design. They incorporate a 1/2" quick release pin and are flush with the deck when not in use, unlike other cleats. To use, simply loop your docking ropes or bumpers through the hole in the lever portion of the quick pin and store them away. When ready for use, depress the button on the quick pin and store them away. When ready for use, depress the button on the quick pin, insert the pin into the hole in the flange, release the button on the pin and you're done. The cleat base is 1 1/2" in diameter and requires a 3/4" hole for mounting. The threaded mounting post protrudes beneath the base 1 1/2".
