Step bottom boats, some pad bottom boats and air entrapment hulls generally do not require bow lift. However, not all sport boats have natural bow lift. For those applications, we are pleased to announce the arrival of our recently developed P-5X, five blade stainless steel propellers. At 15.0" in diameter, this round-eared hybrid will provide the added bow lift necessary for conventional deep "V" hulls and heavier boats with moderate power. In some instances, the P-5X will also work well on step and pad bottom hulls. Our P-5X delivers excellent hole-shot, great mid-range cruise economy and acceleration, along with superb handling at top-end. Where bow lift is appreciated, the P-5X has excellent top-end numbers. All propellers are furnished with the square bore design as standard. Pitch ranges are from 23”- 36” in 1“ increments. Naturally, right-hand rotation and counter-rotation are available. As with all our props, precision balance, polishing, and heat treatment are standard. Blueprinting/ lab finishing is available at an extra charge but does negate the lifetime warranty of the original owner.
